Typically served on scallop shells - most people like two!

8 ounces of Rice
2 teaspoons of Dried Parsley
1 Onion
3 Eggs
1 pound of Mince
1 teaspoon of Basil
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
4 ounces of Mushrooms
1 tin of Baked Beans
2 pounds of Potatoes
6 ounces of Cheese
1 knob of Butter

Boil potatoes. Mash with cheese, a knob of butter and a pinch of salt.

Fry mince with garlic, oregano, basil, mustard and worcestershire sauce (drained).

Layer with: boiled rice; dried parsley; fried chopped onion; sliced boiled egg; cooked mince; fried sliced mushrooms; and baked beans.

Top with mashed potatoes.

Bake for 20 minutes at No. 4 (180C / 350F)
