A super yummy creamy pasta dinner with chicken, spinach and bacon! Yum.

1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
6 rashers of chopped Bacon
2 chopped Chicken Breasts
2 handfuls of Spinach (Or more to taste)
300 millilitres of Double Cream
180 grams of cooked Pasta
100 grams of finely grated Parmesan (plus extra to garnish if you like)
2 squeezes of Lemon Juice (plus extra to garnish if you like)

Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the bacon and remove from the pan.

Cook the chicken until no pink is showing. Then add the cooked bacon, spinach and garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the cream and bring to the boil.

Add the pasta, parmesan and lemon juice and stir to combine.

Service with a little extra lemon juice and parmesan if you like.
