A fantastic and super easy fancy starter with just 5 ingredients.

2 teaspoons of Butter
100 grams of frozen Scallops (Patagonian)
65 grams of chopped Pancetta (or thinly sliced bacon)
1 large handful of frozen Peas
3 squeezes of fresh Lemon Juice

Add the butter to a frying pan on a high heat. Once the butter is hot, add the scallops, pancetta and frozen peas to the pan a cook for 4 minutes with a generous amount of salt and pepper.

Add two squeezes of the lemon juice to the pan and cook for another minute.

Serve and garnish with another squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy!
