Fun to try different fruits and spices.
Can even add bananas!

2 cups of cooked Fruit
3 ounces of Butter
3 ounces of Demerara Sugar
3 ounces of Porridge Oats
3 ounces of SR Flour

Cook chosen fruit for 5 minutes. Try Rhubarb and Orange Pith, Apple & Blackberry, Mixed Fruits. Try Star Anise and Chinese 5 Spice. Put into oven-proof dish or ramekins.

Mix the butter, brown sugar, oats and SR flour together and sprinkle over fruit.

Bake for 45 minutes at No.4 (180 C/350 F)

Serve with custard, cream or vanilla ice cream or all three!
