1 kilogram of Potatoes
120 millilitres of Milk
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
600 grams of Beef (or chicken ground)
1 medium-sized Onion (finely choped)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Egg
50 grams of Breadcrumbs
0.5 tablespoons of Paprika
1 handful of Parsley
1 can of Kidney Beans
2 tablespoons of Tomato Paste
1.5 cups of Stock (or half a cube of chicken buillion)

Mashed Potatoes Steps: Boil potatoes with the peel on, until soft. Drain and then put it in the airfryer at 180 Celsius for 12 mins, then the peels should easily come off . Mash + slowly add warm milk. Season with salt and pepper

Meatballs Ingredients: 600 g ground meat (beef or chicken) 1 egg 1 small onion (finely chopped) 3 garlic cloves 40–50 g breadcrumbs Salt, pepper, paprika Steps: Mix gently. Form balls. Pan-sear with minimal oil (just browning).

Kidney Bean Sauce Ingredients: 2 cups kidney beans 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 2 tbsp tomato paste 1.5 cups water/stock or half a cube of chicken buillion Cumin + paprika + chili Steps: Sauté onion + garlic. Add tomato paste ; cook 1–2 min. Add spices and beans. Simmer. Slightly mash the beans, you can grind it as well for a smooth texture. Add meatballs and let it simmer.
